The sweetest and most sustaining part of life is community. Through connection we gain compassion. By working together we grow capacity. In the Outward Bound model, periods of intense team building and mutual effort, are followed by the solo – an extended period spent alone to reflect and appreciate. This Sunday, we will celebrate community and solitude, the inward and outward journeys.
