New Faces – and Voices – in the Choir

By now, you will have noticed that Crossing Chorale is filling up our “choir loft”. We’ve welcomed “old” friends back and some new friends have joined us.

We are thrilled to have Kathy Frey singing again after a few years away. And, Michael Howe-Smith is joyfully in the Bass section again. Sara and Juan del Castillo sing periodically when time and busy schedules permit.

For Christmas Eve, we’ll welcome Sue Busch and the “Busch sisters”, Keelan Evanini, Frank Holstein and Robert Joe Lee, as some singers will be spending time away for the holidays.

Newer members are Cecilia Borden and Christa Olson. It seems like they’ve been singing with us for years! Recent new choir members are Joan and Roger McCloughan, Linda Vogt and Marcia Wittman. Welcome!!

Our “older” members: Terry, Melo, Beverly, Holly, Lori, MaryAnn, Sarah, Greg, Marty, Steve, Jayme, Lee, Jim, Anne, Christine, Ed, and Georganne are all the glue that holds the Crossing Chorale together. Your choir is so devoted and share not only their talents with you, but give of their time every Thursday for rehearsal and two services on two Sunday mornings a month. We’re making a joyful noise at UUCWC!

If you’ve sung “Messiah” in the past and would like to sing with us on Christmas Eve, it’s not too late. Give me a call or send me an email and let me know. We’d love to have you join us!!!
