Each month, UUCWC celebrates a theme with opportunities for you to deepen your connection within, among and beyond our community.

The theme for this month is “Paying Attention.”

Here are some invitations to become a part of something larger this month:

It’s all about Changing the World this month!

  • Gender 201: March 1, after the service. Join Rev. Lisa for their last-ever Gender 201 workshop. If you’ve made them before, if you’ve never attended, this workshop is for you! This question box-style program offers an opportunity for all of your well-meaning questions about gender identity to be answered. Knowing that the burden of education should never be on those most impacted, this is an educational space intended for cisgender folks (those whose gender identity matches the sex they were assigned at birth). Online and in Rm. 203.
  • Loaves & Fishes – This March, volunteer with us for a great cause: feeding hungry neighbors in Mercer County. It’s a 30-plus-year UUCWC tradition and a great way to find community while giving back. Questions? Email Rev. Lisa at LSchilansky@UUCWC.org
    • Friday March 27, 5:30-8:30pm, Brown Bag Lunch Packing @ UUCWC (ages 9+ welcome)
    • Saturday March 28, 10:30am-Noon, Serving the Hot Meal @ St. Mary’s Trenton
    • Sign up to volunteer here: https://bit.ly/loavesandfishes-uucwc
  • No Kings March and Rally: Meet up with other congregants and find a location near you! Saturday March 28: https://www.nokings.org/
  • Weekly Protest in Hopewell Borough: Every Thursday, 5:30-6:30pm, corner of Greenwood Ave and Broad St. UUCWC members are there every week!
