That’s easy – ice cream! I’m not big for sweets generally, but that creamy-cold-sweet-and-flavorful concoction is unbeatable on a hot day. I remember being surprised and pleased to discover that ice cream, that mystery treat, is just custard frozen while being mixed with air. From such simple things do wonders come! – Rab Bell

Unlike movies and music, I don’t really have a favorite food or treat that I look forward to having in the summer. But, something I don’t tend to have during the cooler months that I do like to have when the chance comes up is a black and white shake, which I think is just a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup. I try not to ruin the magic by watching folks make it when I order, so I can’t say for certain how it comes about. Just that it’s usually pretty incredible. Frankly, though, my favorite summer treat is air conditioning. – Chris Marietti
