Everyone’s been on the picnicking side of Core Creek County Park, but few have ventured to the opposite side of Lake Luxembourg, where the hike will take place. The trails are not paved, but clearly distinguished. Proper footwear is essential, since there are lots of tree roots and rocks. Bathrooms are available, along with a covered picnic area (bring your lunch). This will be a weather dependent event.

Plan to meet at 10:30am on Saturday, May 16 at the Duchess Lane Picnic Area.

-Take Woodbourne Road to Langhorne-Yardley Road.

-Right on Langhorne-Yardley Road to Bridgetown Pike. 

-Right on Bridgetown Pike to park entrance.

-Right at park entrance, then left.

-Follow road; Duchess Picnic area on your right.
