Child care available if Kathy Frey is notified by March 7.
Our first workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 17 at 7 PM. Creativity for Peace Program
Three young leaders of this program will share their experiences as participants in a pioneering program. Inspired Palestinian and Israeli women have been bringing teenage girls from Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank to summer camp in New Mexico. The girls are trained in group dialogue and healing of trauma, and are able to express themselves in art. They will share with us what they have learned by living together. This event takes place Thursday, March 11 at 7:00 PM at the Yardley United Methodist Church, and is sponsored by the Interfaith Community for Middle East Peace, of which Rev. Stephens is a member. More information in the flyer on the lobby and downstairs bulletin boards.

SURVEY IS COMING!
When you receive your survey via e-mail please take a few minutes to complete it. Every few years a survey is prepared to evaluate how our UUCWC community is doing in a variety of areas. This information helps UUCWC set priorities and identify areas that could be improved.

Loaves and Fishes
Have you signed up yet? This annual project will be held this year on Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 27. Once a year UUCWC and the Princeton UU Congregation work together to provide a meal at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Trenton. We prepare lunch bags Friday night and serve a hot meal to the homeless and working poor on Saturday. The poster is on the lobby bulletin board describing times and tasks needing your volunteer help.

Don’t Come to Church Empty-Handed
The Morrisville Food Center needs your food donations. Whether you are coming to church for a meeting or a service, please donate to help stock their pantry. This food center helps people in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Place your food item in the basket in the lobby or the food box at the bottom of the front stairs. No glass containers please.

Turkeys for TASK Continues
Thanksgiving may be over, but the need for turkeys continues. Turkeys are the mainstay of the TASK day-to-day menu. Place your donated turkey in the chest freezer in the kitchen, write TASK on the tag, and let Ronnie or Ed Dobrowolski know that it is there.
