There are many ways that you can help in our Loaves and Fishes project. Check this list and see what you’d like to do.    Sign up on the Poster on the Bulletin Board in the Lobby, or you can Contact Ronnie Dobrowolski via Email. This list is exactly the same on the Poster.

March 26 and 27

  Prepare lunch bags UUCWC 
Assemble 800+ lunch bags. Prepare peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Load boxes. (Children 5 years and older can help.)  Friday 3/266:30 to 9:00 PM 
Set-Up Crossings Room
 UUCWC
Set-up tables and chairs. Friday 3/266:00-6:30 PM
Transport Sandwiches from UUCWC to St Mary’s
 UUCWC/St Mary’s
Load lunches into van Friday Night. Transport to St Mary’s Saturday Morning. 8:30 PM Friday9:00 AM Saturday
Early Setup
 St. Mary’s
Unload food from vans and trucks. Set tables, serve coffee, danish, muffins Saturday 3/279 AM
Shop for food & deliver to UUCWC
 Stores and UUCWC 
Visit local PA markets and bring food to UUCWC. 3/23-3/26
Bake Brownies Deliver to UUCWC Friday or St. Mary’s Saturday Morning.
Please prepare 24 brownies (or more).Cut brownies and place in disposable containers or plates. Please don’t wrap individually.  Friday 3/266 PM to 8:30 PM 
Kitchen Workers
 St. Mary’s 
Heat food, make hot and cold drinks. Dish out food, open cans and containers, butter rolls. Saturday 3/279 AM-12:45 PM
Servers
 St. Mary’s Saturday 3/27
Greet guests, set tables, and serve food to guests. 11 AM – 12:45 PM
Cleanup
 St. Mary’s Saturday 3/27
Clean Kitchen, take down tables, wipe down counters, take out trash, and mop floors. 12:45 PM – 2 PM
