A UUA Board member Blog highlights Board meeting and GA’s future

The Rev.Linda Laskowski from Berkeley, California, sits on the UUA Board. At their Board meeting in San Antonio, TX this past weekend, items of interest to us as UU’s were discussed. In an environment where 61% of the population are Latino/Latina, the largest minority in the United States, work was done to bridge our differences.

Also, Linda provides a wonderful summary of the recommendation of the 5th Principle Task Force, which outlines a possible future of General Assembly and the role and responsibilities of our delegates. It is time to take the future of our governance seriously. Hoping that we, the members of the Unitarian Universalist Church at Washington Crossing are willing and able to do our part.
