- Mike Rasweiller of North Slope Farm in Lambertville, an organic fruit, vegetable, herb and flower farm;
- Lucia Huebner of Beechtree Farm in Hopewell Township, who grew up on a dairy farm and now raises pastured beef on a permanently preserved farm;
- Dr. Michael Tierney of Birchwood Dairy in Wrightstown, PA, an organic dairy which produces milk, cheese, ice cream, butter and yogurt from its herd of Jersey cows;
- Sandy Guzikowski of Guzikowski Farm, Lower Makefield Township, PA, whose family has been producing food for local people and restaurants for three generations, and started the first Community Supported Agriculture program in their town.
A reception of local, sustainably produced refreshments will follow the panel discussion.
A Green Sanctuary is a Unitarian Universalist congregation that lives out its commitment to the Earth by creating a sustainable lifestyle for its members as individuals and as a faith community. Sustainable living is about choosing to live in a way that nurtures life, builds relationships, and rejects material consumption as the sole determinant of happiness.
